Cancellation Policy

Any appointments cancelled within 48 hrs of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All no calls/no shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All clients are given a 15 minute grace window, showing up more than 15 minutes late is subject to appointment cancellation and a 50% fee.
